This person gained our company’s trust pretending to be an honest trustworthy representative, but it turned out that he is a terrible and disgusting thief! Mr. Montague, acting as an owner of Montague Heavy Industrial LLC (ID: 23785428 Principal address: 4539 N 22nd ST, STE R, Phoenix, AZ 85016) was not only withholding our company’s funds, but spent almost $60,000 for his needs and doesn’t seem to stop. This is a complete misappropriation of funds and in the state of Arizona, fraudulent misappropriation or embezzlement are just referred to as theft. Only Heavy Equipment has already reported Mr Montague’s actions to the authorities, but there might be more victims of this awful scam!
